‘한국인의 밥상’에 소개된 경남 산청군 생초면에 위치한 어탕국수 전문점. 어탕칼국수를 시키면 기름에 바로 튀겨낸 빙어 한 접시를 서비스로 주시는데, 그게 기가 막혀요. 한 접시에 2만원인 피라미 튀김은 빙어보다 살도 더 통통하고 양도 많았는데, 개인적으로 빙어 튀김이 더 고소하고 맛있게 느껴졌어요. 피라미 튀김은 민물 생선 특유의 흙내가 좀 더 나서 살짝 부담스러웠거든요. 어탕 칼국수는 칼칼한 양념이 세게 느껴졌지만 생선을 갈아 넣은 국물이 추어탕처럼 부드럽고 ‘뜨끈’해서 요즘같이 비 오고, 눈 오는 추운 계절에 제격입니다. 면을 다 먹고 어탕 국물에 공기밥을 말아 먹으면 속이 든든하다 못 해 배 터질 수 있어요. 하지만 짬뽕밥과 짬뽕이 다르듯 국물에 밥을 마는 순간 또 다른 요리를 먹는 느낌이고, 진짜배기인 국물을 가장 알차고 후회없이 드시는 방법이에요. 술 좋아 하시는 분들은 칼국수 한 그릇과 튀김 한 접시에 술 몇 병씩 드실 거 같아요.(방문일 : 2021년 1월)

This restaurant have special noodle menues made of in-land water fishes. If you like fish soups like 추어탕, you will like those meals too. For fish soup beginners, it is still worth trying as the cook in this restaurant is good at removing fish smell. Additionally, the reason you need to try the fish noodle soup is that this type of fish food is rare in other regions of Korea. In my knowledge, I never heard about fish noodle before I visit here. If you like to experience new food, though it could be little odd for somebody, 'choo o twi gim' which is a fried muddy loach is an additional great choice.

동의보감촌 갔다가 부랴부랴 갔던 식당이에요~ 브레이크타임 때문에 마지막손님이었는데 사장님이 친절하게 응대해주셨어요^^ 아이까지 5명이었는데 2상차림 주셨어요~ 보통 이렇게 가면 한상차림에 대충주셨는데 너무 감사했어요~ ^^ 맛보기 빙어튀김도 바삭하니 맛있었고 어탕국수도 맛있어요

산청에 놀러가면 자주 이곳을 이용하곤한다. 주인이 직접 인접한 경호강에서 고기를 잡아 어탕국수를 끓여준다. 친절하고 분위가 좋다.
